At Lotus Consulting we take a fresh approach to old problems facing the pension funds sector.

Founded by a Natasha Marhye, who has over 12 years of experience in the employee benefits sector as a legal advisor, trustee and regulator, Lotus has an in-depth understanding of the challenges facing the retirement funds sector.

Our mission is to deliver efficient and innovative solutions to retirement fund trustees and employers that focus on streamlined processes and encourage constructive stakeholder engagement.

Our services include pension fund legal, management and trustee governance services that are proactive and effective.  Our approach is holistic, we advise on regulatory changes legal requirements and also on the impact of these changes on the fund’s business and membership. 

We use  our data  to help eliminate complaints, improve operational processes and ultimately improve member outcomes.
